This Legal Notice provides the information about the provider of the MyBeachApp application and website required under the EU e-Commerce framework, the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection.

Breukers Willem Albertus E.E. ("we", "us", "our", or the "Provider") operates the MyBeachApp mobile application, distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play under the identifier `io.mybeachapp.mobile`, and the associated website.

3. Digital Services Act contact point

The MyBeachApp name, logo, user interface and original content are protected by intellectual-property rights and belong to the Provider or its licensors. The application relies on open and third-party data sources, which remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their licences:
- Map and coastline data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).
- Weather and marine forecasts: Open-Meteo, used under its open-data licence (CC BY 4.0).
- Places and points of interest: Google Maps Platform, subject to Google's terms.
